BSN is simple, but sometimes questions come up. Here are the top questions asked by parents, coaches, scouts and athletes.
BSN is currently in beta available on iOS. We hope to be available for Android users before the next hockey season starts.
Stats are only viewable by the Athlete, their coach and scouts. Teammates cannot view other teammates stats. At this point in time we believe keeping this data limited helps players focus on themselves and not on what other players are doing.
Yes, we encourage anyone to record a games. BSN will also help coordinate multiple people recording the same game so we can get the best angle of the playing surface. If someone from another team is using BSN you will also get their game recording. No more sharing or coordinating uploads. Record directly from the app and BSN AI will do the rest.
All stats and videos stay with the player even if they leave for another team. Stats and Videos are rostered by team and season, so scouts can see how athletes have progressed over time and across multiple teams.
No. Communication is one way. If scouts are interested in an Athlete they can start a group chat with Athlete and his/her coach. Once invite to communicate has been accepted the Athlete can communicate directly with a Scout.
